Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (12 Months)
- Schedule: Onsite | 1st Shift | 9x80 Schedule
- Location: Fort Worth, TX 76118
- Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Military Aviation Maintenance (4 years)
- A&P or FCC Licensed by the FAA
- Avionics Maintenance Background (4 years)
- Fault Locating/Troubleshooting avionics components and wiring
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs
- Experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Work collaboratively within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support logistics operations
- Perform assigned tasks to a high-quality standard with minimal supervision
- Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and government regulations
- Support data preparation and presentations for program reviews
- Meet performance metrics related to cost and schedule objectives
- Take on additional responsibilities as required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
