In partnership with a leading aviation company in the Hartford area, we are hiring Aviation Interior Craftspersons for the Seat Building team.
Shift : 1st shift
Length : Temp to Hire
Pay Rate : $29.76 - $35.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities Include :
Fabricate, install, refurbish, and modify aircraft interior equipment and furnishings.
Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
Document work according to manuals and industry regulations.
Assist with aircraft maintenance both on-site and off-site as needed.
Clean aircraft interiors as required.
Requirements :
Experience building aircraft seats or luxury automobile / boat seats.
Previous experience in aircraft upholstery (including soft goods and upholstery installation / removal).
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings (preferred).
Basic PC skills and the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms (preferred).

Pay Details : $29.76 to $35.71 per hour
