PDS Tech Commercial, a part of The Adecco Group, is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support our recruiting and client operations in Irving, TX. This is an in-office role where you’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between recruiters, clients, and candidates.
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
Location: In-Office – Irving, TX
What You’ll Do
✔️ Manage Job Requisitions – Enter and monitor job openings in vendor management systems, assigning requisitions to recruiters.
✔️ Coordinate Interviews & Offers – Work directly with recruiters and clients to schedule interviews and facilitate job offers.
✔️ Ensure Compliance – Track client onboarding requirements, gather and review documents, and submit for audits.
✔️ Stay Organized & Proactive – Maintain reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and participate in client conference calls.
✔️ Act as a Liaison – Bridge communication between recruiters and clients while supporting special projects.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience: 2 years of experience in general office work, customer service, recruiting, or sales. Preference given to candidates with an associate’s degree.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
