Pay Details: $22.36 to $27.55 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Computer Operator, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Customer Support: Provide efficient and accurate customer support for document management, scanning, printing, and engineering support tasks.
- Mail Services: Handle mail services, including post office retrieval, sorting, delivery, mail metering, and managing postage expenses.
- Scanning & Document Management: Scan documents and wide-format drawings, convert file formats, clean up images, and ensure proper delivery of documents.
- Engineering Support: Assist with document retrieval, distribution, data updates, and control for engineering projects.
- Records Retention: Manage records through retrieval, indexing, archiving, and assisting with box pick-ups and deliveries.
- Problem-Solving: Handle logistics and administrative tasks, ensuring all business service needs are met efficiently and accurately.
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant additional education or experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with engineering support, scanning, document management, records retention, or mail services.
- Prior military aircraft experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, Adobe Acrobat, and document conversion software.
- Strong document logistics experience.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
