Role Summary : As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices to customers using SAP and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Your attention to detail and proficiency with key software tools will ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Responsibilities : Process customer invoices using SAP and WAWF. Ensure accuracy and compliance with USG invoicing processes and procedures. Utilize MS Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, or Kofax for various tasks. Maintain organized records and documentation. Collaborate with team members to support contract management. Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, or Kofax. Experience with USG invoicing processes, including WAWF. Strong organizational and communication skills.
