Job Title : Contract Administrator
Job Type : Full-time; Consultant (12 Months)
Location : Miramar, FL 33027
Schedule : Monday to Friday; First Shift 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate : $41.06 per hour
Position Description :
The Contract Administrator serves as the primary interface for contracting matters, focusing on establishing and maintaining trust and cooperation with customers. This role ensures compliance with negotiated terms and conditions, company policies, and financial objectives to achieve successful contract execution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with government and commercial customers and representatives from Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Aerospace Leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
Review incoming paperwork to induct units within 24 hours of receipt; return or forward non-product components as necessary.
Manage the contractual relationship with a major aerospace manufacturer.
Collaborate with customers to :
Obtain quote approvals.
Resolve overdue accounts receivable issues.
Request necessary information to process units.
Ensure the proper dissemination of contractual obligations and requirements within the organization.
Work with International Trade Compliance to ensure adherence to all import / export regulations.
Understand and support internal financial goals, including :
Milestones.
Progress payments.
Payment terms.
Cash collection.
Coordinate hardware demand with the customer and the demand management team.
Skills and Education Required / Preferred :
Required :
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in O365, PowerPoint, and Excel.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies : 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred : Experience with SAP.
Financial experience, including contract pricing.
Background in the aerospace industry.

Pay Details : $41.06 per hour
