Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Type: Direct Hire
- Location: Nashville, TN.
- Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 based on experience
- Provides administrative support to CEO and President including but not limited to calendar management, processing expense reports, and booking travel arrangements for several executives.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, events, and conferences including site selection, materials, catering needs, agendas, minutes, and post meeting action plans.
- Manage office supply inventory and administrative tools, and maintain a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming office environment for team members and guests.
- Maintain an advanced level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive business matters, financial documents, and strategic communications
- Process expense reports and reconciliations for executive-related projects and travel.
- Prepare and process correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as required.
- Respond to all emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of leadership within 24 hours, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
