Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.50 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert IT support via phone, email, chat, and in person for onsite and remote employees.
- Configure, deploy, and manage IT hardware, including computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and access control systems.
- Assist with software installations, licensing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT inventory, managing new equipment setup and proper disposal of hardware.
- Set up and manage user accounts and group memberships.
- Support IT projects and process improvements.
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1 year of IT support experience.
- Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, and printers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and workstation imaging tools.
- Hands-on experience with networking equipment, conference room A/V, and security systems.
- Background in IT support within an industrial setting.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A , Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
- Helpdesk or customer support experience.
- Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Intune.
