Job Overview : Are you an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in data governance, data modeling, and information architecture? We are seeking a Principal Data Analyst to join our dynamic team to design, implement, and maintain data management solutions for business stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of key data management systems and collaborate with teams to deliver innovative data solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and configure Data Management technical infrastructure, including Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, Collibra Data Quality, Erwin Data Modeling, and Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Collaborate with integration teams on system integrations and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
Work with the Analytics Center of Excellence on data science platforms like Dataiku and Snowflake repositories.
Lead and manage projects / initiatives aligned with the product roadmaps for Enterprise applications and information management.
Provide data governance consultation for Information Systems projects and teams.
Develop workflows, integrations, and capabilities to support Enterprise Data management tools that meet or exceed business expectations.
Ensure compliance with information principles, policies, and privacy practices.
Assist with Data Services related to Data Quality, Data Cataloging, and Data Modeling, while supporting assessments and data sharing.
Support Data Architecture with Collibra metamodel implementations and integrations with data repositories and other enterprise tools.
Create written materials to support data services.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
Actively participate in the Data Stewardship Program and support individual data stewards.
Required Experience & Skills :
Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience in data management and governance roles.
At least 3 years of experience in Data Governance and / or Data Management professional roles.
Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
Deep knowledge of Data Governance activities such as data cataloging, data quality, and data modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives and staff in a non-technical manner.
Proficient in Collibra Data Catalog , Collibra Data Quality , Erwin Data Modeling , and Enterprise Architect / Sparx Data Modeler .
Strong service orientation with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with users, peers, management, and business partners.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality of data and strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences , Information Management , or related field (preferred).

Pay Details : $55.00 per hour
