At PDS Tech Commercial, we are looking for a Senior Communications Manager to lead the charge in internal and external communications, with a special focus on enhancing sustainability efforts and promoting innovation. What Youll Be Doing :

Employee Communications :

Design and implement internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals and foster employee engagement.

Write and distribute key organizational announcements, leadership messages, and newsletters.

Lead quarterly virtual Town Halls, managing logistics, content creation, and execution.

Oversee and manage content on the companys intranet, ensuring timely and engaging information.

Spearhead employee recognition programs and highlight achievements, milestones, and company culture.

External Communications :

Develop and execute communication campaigns to boost external visibility and amplify Carriers sustainability initiatives and thought leadership.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the companys brand and messaging.

Executive Support :

Create high-impact executive presentations for internal and external meetings, town halls, and board sessions.

Manage C-suite travel itineraries, ensuring coordination with business priorities.

Serve as a trusted communication advisor to the Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer (CTO & CSO).

Maintain the executive teams calendar and staff-related initiatives to maximize productivity.

Sustainability and Speaking Engagements :

Coordinate speaking engagements for senior executives, focusing on sustainability topics.

Draft and refine messaging, presentations, and materials to effectively communicate the companys sustainability efforts.

Liaise with event organizers, partners, and media to ensure smooth execution of speaking engagements.

Team and Stakeholder Management :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication needs and ensure alignment across departments.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

8 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or related disciplines.

Proven ability to craft compelling messaging for a wide range of audiences.

Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation development skills.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with C-suite executives and handling confidential communications.

Proficiency with platforms such as LinkedIn, SharePoint, Poppulo, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiarity with sustainability communications and external speaking engagement coordination.

Experience supporting high-stakes, high-visibility communication efforts.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Pay Details : $37.47 per hour
