Pay Details: $58.00 per hour

Role Summary
As a Test Equipment Engineer, you will work closely with a team of on-site and remote engineers to support, troubleshoot, and update/upgrade test equipment in the factory. Your primary function will be to identify fixes and areas of opportunity for improvements, ensuring the smooth operation of production test equipment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, and update/upgrade test equipment in the factory.
- Collaborate with on-site and remote engineering teams to address test issues and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze test failures and recommend changes, updates, and solutions.
- Pareto test failures to determine root causes of common issues.
- Maintain a RAIL (action plan) with a detailed and methodical approach.
- Communicate findings effectively to engineering counterparts, ISC leadership, and internal stakeholders.
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship).
- 10 years of experience in test equipment design and troubleshooting, particularly in aerospace.
- Strong background in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or similar systems.
- Experience with test equipment instruments, cabling, ITAs, power, etc., for acceptance testing of production avionics hardware.
- Strong communication skills to articulate findings and interface with team members and leadership.
- Well-organized with the ability to maintain detailed action plans.
