Pay Details: $46.14 to $59.41 per hour

Your Mission: Driving Excellence in Aerospace Manufacturing
As a Systems & Test Engineer, you will be a key driver of innovation, quality, and precision in advanced aerospace systems. You’ll work across departments to design, document, and optimize complex manufacturing processes from concept through delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead development of manufacturing plans, bills of materials, work instructions, and visual documentation.
- Create and implement manufacturing strategies to meet evolving business objectives.
- Perform build analyses and generate detailed cost estimate reports.
- Integrate suppliers, materials, processes, data, and technology to meet production timelines.
- Guide tooling lifecycle — from design to disposition — to meet engineering and manufacturing requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complex or systemic production issues.
- Conduct producibility assessments and contribute to enterprise-wide best practice benchmarks.
- Draft and refine work statements, scheduling templates, and compliance-driven procedures.
- Set standards and lead development of new practices and engineering techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Manufacturing Planner.
- 8 years working with CAD software.
- Strong ability to interpret and read both 2D and 3D engineering drawings and specifications.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing engineering processes and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related computer tools.
- Must be able to obtain customer access approval (background check required; dual citizenship may impact eligibility).
- Prior experience as an aerospace Planner.
- Familiarity with Gold ESP and MESCI systems.
