Exciting Part-Time Opportunity : Admin Assistant - Data Entry at PDS Tech Commercial in Coventry, Rhode Island!

With 20-30 per hour and 1st shift; 20 hours a week (6 month contract to start) , this is the perfect opportunity to balance work and life while expanding your career.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Accurately recording and logging critical manufacturing data such as operation time, sequence numbers, and operator information.
Preparing reports, paperwork, and inputting data with precision.
Managing scheduling, printing, and distributing build paperwork.
Supporting various administrative tasks as assigned to ensure the office runs efficiently.
What We’re Looking For : Required Qualifications :
Experience in office clerical or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Associate’s degree (preferred, but not required).
Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is a plus.

Pay Details : 20.00 to 30.00 per hour
