Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Technician – Keep Aerospace Innovation in Flight
Location : Wichita, KS 67209
Job Type : Full-Time, 9-Month Contract
Schedule : Monday – Friday, First Shift (8 AM – 5 PM)
Pay Rate : 31.83 per hour
Ensure Aircraft Readiness & Safety
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs , ensuring safety and reliability for commercial aerospace operations. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and performance of cutting-edge aircraft systems.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems, components, and structures.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs following safety regulations and industry standards.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues to ensure airworthiness.
- Work with maintenance teams to execute repairs efficiently and document all work performed.
- Follow FAA guidelines, manufacturer manuals, and company protocols to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment , using appropriate tools and protective equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and quality control teams to support efficient aircraft operations .

Pay Details : 31.83 per hour
