Position : C4 Operator – 2nd Shift
Location : Cabin Materials, Marysville, WA
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 12 : 00 PM–8 : 30 PM
Compensation : 20.00 / hr 1.25 / hr shift differential
About the Role :
We’re seeking a motivated C4 Operator to support the manufacturing of core sheets through the C4 process and assist the Panels Department. This role involves physically demanding tasks and requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Shear and stretch hobes, and load sheets into machines.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided).
Perform basic housekeeping and machine maintenance tasks.
Actively participate in operational improvement initiatives.
Cross-train or transfer to other departments as needed.
Work overtime, including weekends, as required.
Qualifications :
Experience : 2 years of steady, relevant work history preferred.
Skills : Strong English communication, legible handwriting, and basic math proficiency.
Physical Requirements : Ability to push / pull / lift 80 pounds (two-person lift available) and wear a full-face respirator when necessary.
Preferred : Prior manufacturing experience.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies : 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Pay Details : 21.25 per hour
