Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment ? PDS Tech Commercial, a part of The Adecco Group, is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support our recruiting and client operations in Irving, TX . This is an in-office role where you’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between recruiters, clients, and candidates.

Pay Rate : 18 per hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM CST

Location : In-Office – Irving, TX

What You’ll Do :

• Manage Job Requisitions – Enter and monitor job openings in vendor management systems, assigning requisitions to recruiters.
• Coordinate Interviews & Offers – Work directly with recruiters and clients to schedule interviews and facilitate job offers.
• Ensure Compliance – Track client onboarding requirements, gather and review documents, and submit for audits.
• Stay Organized & Proactive – Maintain reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and participate in client conference calls.
• Act as a Liaison – Bridge communication between recruiters and clients while supporting special projects.

What We’re Looking For :

Education & Experience : 2 years of experience in general office work, customer service, recruiting, or sales. Preference given to candidates with an associate’s degree.

Skills & Strengths :

Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.

High sense of urgency and ability to build rapport over the phone.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Pay Details : 18.00 per hour
