Exciting Opportunity : Call Center Representative for an HVAC Manufacturer with Customer Service Expertise!

Job Overview : The Product Registration and Customer Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional pre-delivery and post-sale support to customers, ensuring a seamless experience from order to product use. This role involves working closely with our Distributor Network, communicating warranty coverage updates, and managing product registration details. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, well-organized, and passionate about providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support pre-delivery and after-sale customer needs, including product ordering, availability, and delivery.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to our Distributor Network, helping to resolve issues and answer queries.
  • Regularly communicate updates regarding warranty coverage to our Distribution Network.
  • Ensure product model and serial numbers are correctly entered and updated in our system.
  • Maintain effective communication with Distributor Warranty Administrators through both email and telephone, offering timely assistance.
  • Assist customers with navigating the website to register products online, offering guidance and troubleshooting when needed.
  • Manually register equipment for homeowners who lack internet access, ensuring proper records are maintained.
  • Provide accurate and timely warranty information to customers, addressing inquiries about coverage, terms, and conditions.
  • Make necessary corrections to product registrations when requested by homeowners, dealers, or distributors.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate team or individual for issues that are outside of the registration process.
  • Send product registration confirmations to customers as requested, ensuring they have the necessary documentation for their records.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Proficient in using customer management systems to input and track product information.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all product data is accurately recorded and updated.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-centric attitude, with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience to both distributors and end-users.
  • Basic understanding of warranty policies and processes is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.

    Pay Details : 18.71 per hour
