Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate : 61.10 - 76.49 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Wire Design & Install Engineer to join our dynamic aerospace team in San Antonio, TX. This role is pivotal in developing state-of-the-art electrical systems for aircraft, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability. You’ll be at the forefront of electrical product design, wire harness development, and installation solutions, working on industry-leading aerospace projects.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cable / wire harnesses, electrical assemblies, and installation systems.
- Develop and refine electrical product designs, including equipment racks, power panels, antennas, and cable routing.
- Perform detailed design analysis and technical reviews, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
- Provide engineering design disposition for discrepancies, including rejection tags, production action requests, and shop revision requests.
- Document processes, specifications, and procedures supporting electrical design and manufacturing.
- Collaborate in the technical review of supplier capabilities to support sourcing decisions.
- Work under general direction, contributing to mission-critical aviation programs.

Pay Details : 61.10 to 76.49 per hour
