Pay Rate : 37.86 per hour

As an Avionics / Electrical Technician IV, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of advanced avionics and electrical systems. This high-impact role involves providing expert guidance in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing cutting-edge aircraft systems to maintain peak performance and safety. What You’ll Do :
- Lead with Expertise : Perform high-level operational tests and troubleshooting of avionics / electrical systems. Provide training and guidance to junior technicians, ensuring a skilled and safety-conscious workforce.
- Test and Repair Systems : Conduct functional and operational tests on avionics and aircraft systems, ensuring that repairs are made to the highest quality standards and meet engineering specifications.
- Problem-Solving Excellence : Diagnose and repair electrical / avionics components using best practices such as soldering, splicing, and pinning of wiring.
- Ensure Quality : Oversee installations to ensure compliance with engineering changes and modifications. Maintain thorough documentation of all work performed on aircraft.
- Set Up & Operate Equipment : Set up and use test equipment to evaluate system performance and reliability.
- Lead Compliance & Safety : Enforce safety protocols, maintain FOD, tool control, and 5-S programs, and ensure all operations meet regulatory standards.
- Adapt to Schedule Changes : Work with the team to adjust to sudden changes while keeping projects on track.

Pay Details : 37.86 per hour
