Pay : 26.00 / hr – Temp to Perm
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 1st Shift

What You’ll Be Doing :
HVAC Maintenance – Clean coils, change filters & belts, and optimize system performance.
Plumbing Repairs – Maintain and repair toilets, urinals, sinks, drains, water heaters, and sump pumps.
Lock & Door Maintenance – Repair and maintain locks, door closers, and furniture.
Fire Safety Compliance – Ensure fire extinguishers and safety systems are up to code.
Painting & General Repairs – Prep, prime, and paint interior / exterior surfaces to maintain building appearance.
Work Order Management – Prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance tasks using CMMS in real-time .
Safety & Compliance – Follow State, County, and City ordinances, codes, and laws, while identifying and eliminating potential hazards.
What We’re Looking For :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2-4 years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Basic computer skills – Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS systems (like Maximo)
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Preferred Qualifications (A Huge Plus! ) :
EPA Universal License
Building Automation System (BAS) Experience
HVAC Preventative Maintenance Experience

Pay Details : 26.00 to 27.00 per hour
