Pay : 32.00 / hr – Temp to Perm
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 1st Shift

What You’ll Be Doing :
Be the go-to expert – Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple facilities.
Keep buildings running smoothly – Handle structural repairs, door and furniture maintenance, and life safety systems.
Tackle HVAC maintenance – Clean coils, change filters and belts, and keep systems optimized.
Plumbing & Electrical Work – Fix pipes, sinks, drains, water heaters, and electrical panels to ensure everything is up to code.
Monitor & adjust facility equipment – Keep records, fine-tune operations, and prevent breakdowns before they happen.
Stay stocked & organized – Manage inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies.
Work with contractors – Oversee vendor work, ensuring top quality and fair pricing.
Be a safety champion – Follow OSHA guidelines, handle hazardous materials properly, and keep workspaces hazard-free.
What You Bring to the Table :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems)
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to fix things right the first time
EPA 608 Type II Certification
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, CMMS preferred)
Valid Driver’s License
Bonus Skills That Make You Stand Out :
EPA 608 Universal Certification
Trades Schooling in Electrical System Design, Refrigeration, or HVAC

Pay Details : 32.00 to 35.00 per hour
