Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or 7 AM - 4 PM (some flexibility available)
On-Call : Be the go-to problem solver for emergency situations when needed

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Field Technician who’s skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance to keep facilities in top shape. If you like working independently, driving to different job sites, and taking on challenges that keep buildings running smoothly, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing :
Keeping multiple facilities up and running by handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and more
Hitting the road in a company-provided vehicle (with a gas card!) to make sure all locations stay in peak condition
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and jumping into action with repairs
Performing preventative maintenance and inspections to stop problems before they start
Ensuring all systems are working efficiently by making adjustments and keeping detailed records
Overseeing contractor work to guarantee top-quality repairs at the right price
Keeping safety a top priority by spotting hazards and finding solutions before they become a problem
Managing tools, inventory, and materials so you always have what you need to get the job done
What You Bring to the Table :
2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, commercial building systems, or a related trade
A talent for troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
EPA 608 Type II Certification – because you know your way around refrigerants
Basic computer skills – you can handle work orders, reports, and maintenance tracking without breaking a sweat
Valid driver’s license – because you’ll be driving a company vehicle (gas card included!)
High School Diploma or equivalent – but real-world experience is what really counts
Bonus Points If You Have :
EPA 608 Universal Certification – more credentials mean more opportunities
Technical training in electrical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC – knowledge is power

Pay Details : 38.10 per hour
