Job Title : Facilities Technician
Location : Smyrna, TN
Hours : 1st shift
Type : Full-time
About the Role :
We're hiring a Facilities Technician to keep our facility safe, efficient, and well-maintained. You’ll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure a safe and secure facility.
Perform maintenance and repair for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems.
Support with equipment and furniture moves and vendor management.
What You Bring :
5 years in building maintenance or HVAC.
Strong mechanical and safety knowledge.
High school diploma / GED; proficient in MS Office.
Preferred :
Certifications like City & Guilds, IOSH, or NEBOSH, and experience with building management systems (BMS).

Pay Details : 40.83 per hour
