Facilities Maintenance Technician – Be the Hero Our Building Needs!
Location : Fort Wayne, IN
Schedule : Monday - Saturday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
Pay : 40 hr (Temp to perm)
Job Summary :
If you love fixing things, keeping spaces in top shape, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine, this is the job for you! We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who can handle everything from HVAC hiccups to leaky faucets. One day, you might be replacing a lightbulb, and the next, you could be troubleshooting mechanical systems—no two days are ever the same! If “I’ll fix it” is your motto, we want you on our team!
What You'll Be Tackling :
Keeping the facility safe, secure, and looking sharp
Troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems—because things should work, not just exist
Handling repairs, maintenance, and making sure vendors don’t slack off
Swapping out light bulbs and ballasts—because good lighting makes all the difference
Moving furniture, equipment, and other objects—think of it as a built-in workout!
What We’re Looking For :
A hands-on pro with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving
A go-getter who can work independently and handle whatever comes their way
A maintenance guru who knows their way around tools, machines, and repairs
What You Need to Apply :
High school diploma or GED (we promise, no homework required)
10 years of experience keeping buildings in top shape

Pay Details : 44.21 per hour
