Location: Windsor Locks, CT (Remote Option Available)
Job Type: Full-time, Consultant (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, First Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: 60.00 - 64.18/Hour
PDS Tech Commercial, a leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst (Operations FP&A Lead) to join our team. This role supports Engine Control Systems (ECS) and consolidates financial data from operations sites in Connecticut, Iowa, and Illinois. You will play a critical role in financial forecasting, operational planning, and business strategy, ensuring our financial goals align with company objectives.
What You’ll Do:Lead FP&A Activities: Develop and consolidate operational financial forecasts, analyze key drivers, and identify risks and opportunities.
Track Operational Performance: Monitor financial metrics, provide insights, and make recommendations to drive efficiencies.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational leaders, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to drive financial accountability and support strategic decision-making.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
7-10 years of FP&A experience in operations or manufacturing
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and OneStream
Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

CPA, CMA, or MBA

Pay Details: 60.00 to 64.18 per hour
