As a Facilities Field Technician – HVAC / R with PDS Tech, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping facilities running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing :
HVAC / R Mastermind – Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems for peak efficiency.
Fixer of All Things – Repair everything from air handlers to lighting, plumbing, production equipment, and more.
Energy Efficiency Guru – Ensure systems run in top condition to maximize performance and lifespan.
Safety First – Conduct hazard assessments, follow safety protocols, and keep work areas clean and secure.
On the Road Again – Travel between sites in a company-provided vehicle (gas card included) to handle maintenance needs.
Documentation Pro – Use CMMS systems like Corrigo to update work orders in real time.
What We’re Looking For :
HVAC / R Expert – Minimum 10 years of technical experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and facility maintenance.
Certification Ready – Must have or obtain Universal CFC Certification within 90 days of hire.
Hands-On Pro – Skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility equipment.
License to Drive – Valid driver’s license required—you’ll be behind the wheel of a company-provided vehicle.
Customer-Focused – Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CMMS software for tracking maintenance and repairs.
Physical Stamina – Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Pay Details : 44.21 per hour
