Shift : 1st Shift (6AM – 2PM), No OT or weekends
Location : Boca Raton, FL (Onsite with occasional travel to larger sites)

At PDS Tech Commercial, we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and manage the entire warehouse operation within the HVAC industry. This key role ensures the smooth flow of materials, supplies, and equipment to meet operational needs, with a focus on inventory accuracy and process optimization.
As Inventory Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our efficient inventory systems. You will have the chance to make a significant impact across multiple sites, leading physical inventory counts, improving asset models, and ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time. With no overtime or weekend expectations, this role offers a balanced work-life environment.
Your Role & Responsibilities :
Lead & Manage Warehouse Operations : Oversee the movement of materials, supplies, and equipment in and out of the warehouse.
Inventory Control : Lead physical inventory counts at various sites, including customer sites with rental units.
Process Optimization : Develop and maintain an inventory tracking process across three systems, identifying and addressing gaps.
Analyze & Report : Conduct analysis for reserve adjustments and identify key metrics for tracking inventory efficiency.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with departments to streamline inventory workflows and ensure accuracy.
What We're Looking For :
Required :
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in inventory management, operations, or logistics.
Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Leadership : Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy : Proficient with inventory management software and data analysis tools.
Education : Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred :
Prior experience in the HVAC industry or related field.
Ability to travel to larger sites as needed (1-2 times per month).

Pay Details : 41.55 per hour
