About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, as well as performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, pressure cleaning, and locksmith work.
As a Maintenance Specialist, you will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that facilities are in top condition. This includes addressing tenant service requests, maintaining lighting systems, and conducting interior maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you must have 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry in a commercial or industrial setting. A trade school degree or equivalent experience is also preferred.
In addition to your technical skills, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders up to 30 feet, and perform hands-on tasks. Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are also essential.
