Position Details :
Schedule : 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM | Friday : 12 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : 48 / hour
Status : Temp-to-Perm
Location : Columbia, MO
Occasional overtime and holiday work required
What You’ll Be Doing :
Maintenance & Repairs :
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure peak performance.
Tackle issues with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems—variety guaranteed!
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and avoid downtime.
Quality Control & Compliance :
Conduct inspections and ensure systems meet safety and operational standards.
Assist with vendor evaluations and verify deliveries for accuracy and quality.
Maintain documentation for compliance with JLL programs and safety regulations.
Safety & Inspections :
Keep safety front and center while working in confined spaces, on rooftops, or using ladders.
Regularly inspect tools and equipment to ensure safe operations.
Manage hazardous materials responsibly and keep your work area spotless.
General Operations :
Support the Lead Engineer with day-to-day facility management tasks.
Stay ready to jump in during emergencies—your quick thinking will shine!
Keep clear and accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks.
What We’re Looking For : Must-Have Skills :
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems maintenance and repair.
Comfortable using a wide range of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders and rooftops.
Strong decision-making and multitasking skills—you’ll juggle priorities with ease!
Bonus Points If You Have :
CFC Universal Refrigerant Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo experience is a plus!).
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).

Pay Details : 48.00 per hour
