Pay Details: 32.35 per hour

Your ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve effectively, and influence suppliers will be crucial to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP System Implementation Support: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and troubleshoot SAP issues as the new system goes live in late March.
- Procurement Process Management: Monitor the order-to-pay process, ensuring suppliers confirm orders, ship timely, and provide the necessary tracking information.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Manage daily interactions with suppliers, ensuring adherence to process and delivery timelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify supply risks and work to mitigate disruptions by utilizing secondary suppliers or developing new supplier relationships.
- Reporting & Analysis: Execute daily processes, perform reporting analysis, and use ERP systems to investigate issues and improve reporting tools.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address customer service inquiries related to parts delivery and track shipments for emergency support.
- Training & Support: Assist suppliers in understanding and maintaining systems, helping with information entry as needed.
- Education: Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of general procurement experience in industrial, MRO, or service parts environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic ERP systems (SAP experience is highly preferred).
- Adaptability: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accurate order management and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Strong customer service focus, concise communication, and follow-up skills.
- Influence & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to influence suppliers and resolve issues effectively.
- Advanced Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Certifications: Procurement credentials like C.P.M., CPSM, or APICS are a plus.
- Experience: 5 years in procurement or parts management, with 2 years in field service network or parts distribution.
