Key Responsibilities:
Hand Soldering & Manual Assembly: Perform hand soldering, manual assembly, and operate semi-automated and automated assembly equipment.
Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect component parts prior to assembly and ensure only defect-free products are used. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards.
Product Setup & Operation: Set up and operate automated test equipment, functional test units, and other machinery.
Process Improvement: Work under supervision to recognize deviations from accepted practices and communicate them to team leaders for corrective action.
Adaptability: Work in a high-mix, low-volume environment where tasks may shift between different operations and products based on schedule needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform hand soldering and manual assembly.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing systems and product quality standards.
Preferred:
5-7 years of experience in high-level assembly roles.
Knowledge of product quality and soldering specifications.
Specific certifications as required by site operations.

Pay Details: 17.00 to 27.00 per hour
