Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate : 33.38 per hour

Shape the Future of Space Systems
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Project Manager to join a leading aerospace organization specializing in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) technologies. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering cutting-edge environmental and life support systems, as well as active thermal control solutions for space applications. Your expertise will directly impact mission success for LEO, Department of Defense (DOD), and science-driven projects.
What You’ll Do
Lead cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence and seamless project execution.
Serve as a key liaison between engineering and program management, driving technical and programmatic milestones.
Manage cost, scope, and schedule as a Control Account Manager, applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, track action items, and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Provide technical oversight and collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams.
Investigate and resolve engineering challenges related to assembly, testing, and procurement.
Support proposal activities, develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and contribute to program planning efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant experience.
OR an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
OR, in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies : 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred :
Experience in aerospace engineering, space systems, or related high-tech industries.
Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and engineering project controls.

Pay Details : 33.38 per hour
