Shape the Future of Climate Solutions! PDS Tech Commercial is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our fast-growing team. This role is key to ensuring that our advanced manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards, supporting our mission to reduce the global carbon footprint.
Pay range : 80,000 - 95000 / year
Location : Mesa, AZ
Direct Hire Position
Your Role & Impact : As our on-site Quality Engineer at the Mesa production site, you will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day quality operations, ensuring that our raw materials, packaging, and finished products align with rigorous industry standards and regulations. Your work will directly contribute to a more sustainable and energy-efficient future.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the quality of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor progress.
Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
Analyze inspection data to spot trends, root causes of defects, and drive corrective actions.
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, implement fixes, and communicate findings.
Maintain records of quality metrics, inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Create and manage quality documentation to ensure compliance.
What You’ll Need :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
Proven ability in data analysis and problem-solving to drive process improvements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Previous experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Bonus Points for Experience With :
Experience in energy or climate solutions sectors.
Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques and Industry 4.0 technologies.
