In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with customers, meet sales goals, and support store operations while helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Customer Engagement : Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring each customer has a positive experience from greeting to checkout.
- Sales Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets by following and executing sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Store Operations : Open and close the store, manage inventory, handle store orders, and maintain an organized stockroom.
- POS & Merchandise Handling : Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases, handle merchandise returns, and ensure accurate processing of freight and inter-store transfers.
- Inventory Management : Help prepare and organize store inventory, ensuring products are in stock and easily accessible to customers.
- Communication & Collaboration : Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders, providing timely and effective solutions.

Pay Details : 16.28 to 20.47 per hour
