Position Overview: As a Brand Activation Associate, you will be an integral part of our Brand Experiences team. Your work will involve organizing pop-up shops, managing merchandise, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This full-time, 12-month consultant role provides an exciting opportunity to represent a global aerospace leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel extensively within the United States to support pop-up shops and events.

• Execute daily store operations, including processing freight and completing markdowns.

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards to enhance brand presence.

• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Collaborate with the Brand Activation Lead and Coordinator to implement strategic plans.

• Adhere to company policies and safety standards, and report any concerns to management.

• Assist with inventory management and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2 years of retail sales experience.

• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight travel.
   

Preferred:

• Experience with Counterpoint POS systems.

• Background in military or commercial quality/operations leadership.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

Pay Details: 21.11 to 32.92 per hour
