Role Overview:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced and driven SAP Product Planning Configurator to join our team in the aviation industry. In this critical role, you will work on the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. You ll have the opportunity to impact critical business processes and systems, directly contributing to the success of innovative aerospace and defense projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Design and configure SAP ECC Production Planning and Quality Management applications to meet business needs.
Analyze, design, and test system enhancements for both new and existing SAP applications.
Collaborate with business users to communicate capabilities and create a backlog of opportunities.
Identify, track, and resolve any issues and risks affecting task completion.
Design system specifications and interfaces for seamless integration between ERP, MES, and PLM components.
Develop applications to meet both functional and technical standards.
Provide support for the deployment of application releases into production environments.
Create and maintain clear operational documentation.
Ensure the timely completion of deliverables and proactively report on work progress.
Foster strong relationships with IT peers, service providers, and customers.
Swiftly address production problems to ensure minimal disruption.
Required Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience working with SAP Production Planning and Quality Management.
At least one full-cycle SAP implementation in Production Planning/Quality Management.
Hands-on experience in the Aerospace & Defense or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in system design, application configuration, and SAP application testing.
Knowledge of SAP ECC and its integration with other platforms like ERP, MES, and PLM.
Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting production system issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical teams and business users.

Pay Details: 50.00 to 80.00 per hour
