What You’ll Do :
Oversee and co-sign work for uncertified mechanics following regulations.
Train & mentor technicians through on-the-job learning and development.
Assist with planning & quality control to ensure seamless project execution.
Modify, repair, and maintain aircraft avionics systems with precision.
Interpret and utilize schematics, service bulletins, and engineering documents.
Fabricate and install wire bundles, assemblies, and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve avionics issues, ensuring optimal performance.
Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting.
Operate specialized tools & test equipment to inspect and certify systems.
What You Bring to the Team :
3 years of avionics experience in aircraft maintenance.
Proficiency in the Standard Wiring Practices Manual.
Experience mentoring or training junior technicians is a plus!
Airframe (A) or A&P License preferred.
B1, B1.1, and / or B2 certification is a bonus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 75 lbs.).

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details : 36.94 per hour
