Shipping / Receiving Clerk – Aerospace Industry | PDS Tech Commercial | Everett, WA
Pay Rate : 24.65 per hour
Job Type : Full-time; Consultant (10 Months)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Shipping / Receiving Clerk to support operations at in Everett, WA. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring seamless material flow across three major value streams : Cabin Integration, Lavatory, and Water Systems . What You’ll Do :
Receive shipments and follow routing procedures to ensure proper delivery.
Validate inbound materials against shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Perform data entry tasks, including receiving materials and entering shipping information.
Follow functional group KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with inventory control and work-in-progress (WIP) operations as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
Required :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies : 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Ability to obtain forklift certification .
Strong computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
Preferred :
Experience with SAP and Excel (including lookups and pivot tables).
Previous experience in receiving, shipping, or inventory control .
Background in manufacturing or aerospace industries.

Pay Details : 24.65 per hour
