Role Summary : Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our Company is a leader in managing global household goods movement. PDS Tech Commercial is looking for an experienced Subcontract Administrator. This is a dynamic 6-month contract position offering you the chance to impact a critical part of the aerospace industry while working remotely! As a Subcontract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing procurement activities, building vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance to drive the success of multiple aerospace projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Administer and oversee subcontracting activities across multiple contract types.
- Cultivate long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors (subcontractors) and manage their performance.
- Develop RFP solicitations, receive, review, and negotiate subcontractor proposals.
- Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers, working closely with legal counsel to ensure contract compliance.
- Manage the bid / proposal evaluation and selection process, incorporating both commercial and technical evaluations.
- Prepare subcontract documents, ensuring compliance with Government and Company requirements.
- Evaluate and document subcontractor quality, execution, and performance, escalating any performance issues as necessary.
- Monitor subcontract funding, modifications, and change orders in response to customer demands.
- Act as a liaison across various departments, including Program Management, Finance, IT, and Executives.

Pay Details : 28.52 per hour
