Role Overview :
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling conveyor systems, belt-driven, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, interpreting blueprints, and working with motors, drive shafts, and more. You will play a crucial role in ensuring each assembly meets customer specifications and quality expectations. If you have experience in industrial assembly, have a mechanical aptitude, and thrive in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow blueprints and schematics to assemble components according to specifications.
- Set up and change equipment for various assembly processes.
- Install motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic or pneumatic components.
- Inspect and test assemblies to ensure they function properly and meet quality standards.
- Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to inspect parts.
- Track assembly times and document all work according to department procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety standards and plant rules.
- Assist in continuous process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other assistive tools.
- Collaborate with team members and ensure timely transfer of completed assemblies to the next production step.

Pay Details : 25.64 per hour
