Engineering Manager - Hardware Wearable Product Validation Team
Location : Sunnyvale, CA (100% onsite)
Job Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Hardware Wearable Product Validation Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing and validation activities of our cutting-edge wearable technology products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in hardware engineering, leadership skills, leading largescale teams, and a deep understanding of product validation principles
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in leading large scale teams
- Proven experience in hardware product testing and validation, preferably with wearable technologies.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and product development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using validation tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
