Sr. ArcGIS Support Analyst
Location: Brooklyn, NY(Hybrid)

Job Description:
• 5-10 years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications
- • 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications
- • Development and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, .Net (C#).
- • Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- • System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- • Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- • Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc
- • Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt.
- • Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.
- • Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.
- Additional Skills
- • Utility Experience (Plus): Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives.
- • Windows servers knowlege and experiences
- • FME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
