Harvest CFO Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Interim CFO for PE backed manufacturer of custom material solutions with customers across a broad range of high-reliability end markets, including defense, medical, specialty industrial, and communications, among others. Headquartered in San Jose, California, with operations in Londonderry, NH, this company is currently generating approximately $60MM in annual revenues.
The Interim CFO will play a key leadership role during the search engagement for the permanent CFO. The Interim CFO will have primary day-to-day “hands on” responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial and operational reporting. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, FP&A, forecasting, inventory management, capital expenditure analysis and overall working capital management. Responsibilities may include direct oversight of other functional areas such as IT and HR. The Interim CFO will also manage banking relationships including covenant reporting. The Interim CFO has potential to convert to the permanent CFO role if their is mutual desire.
The Interim CFO is expected to be a true “business partner” with the CEO and executive team and and work effectively across all functional areas of the company.
