As a PE backed provider of mission-critical electronics, we are looking for a skilled financial leader to join our team. Our company offers manufacturing services and RF products, including quick turn printed circuit board assembly, prototyping, RF components, advanced microelectronics, system integration, and test services.
We partner with leading providers of mission-critical electronics technology solutions to deliver high-quality electronic assemblies for impactful and life-saving products. From space-rated systems for launch vehicles to defense electronic warfare applications in demanding industries, our focus is on high-reliability.
The ideal candidate will have direct industry experience in a manufacturing business environment, preferably with electronics manufacturing and Defense & Space contracting experience. They should also have successful experience as a financial leader who is both 'hands-on' and 'scalable' in a commercial operations environment with revenues of at least $50MM.
We are seeking a change leader/manager who can advance financial management best practices across the business, working as a business partner across all functions of an organization. The candidate should have leadership experience in implementing/managing initiatives to optimize cash flow and working capital, including forecasting and liquidity planning.
