GENERAL FUNCTION:
- Ensure all KMI Form 001s are processed and delivered to Director of National Security Agency (DIRNSA) before any user accounts are enrolled in KMI.
- Review the KMI Form 001 and ensure all required fields listed in COMSEC Material Systems 1A (CMS-1A) are complete before forwarding the form to DIRNSA.
- Process all KMI Form 002 personnel registration and enrollment forms.
- Process all KMI Form 003 COMSEC Account Data (CAD) registration forms
- Submit COMSEC key orders for all accounts for new KMI accounts establishing.
- Comply with all COMSEC security requirements outlined in CMS-1A.
- Participate in test events for new software releases for KMI and the CT-1 system.
- Complete all assigned test scenarios and document the results of each test procedure.
- Track all COMSEC key material loaned to government contractor COMSEC accounts.
- Log all requests for release of COMSEC keying material to contractors in out of band access database located on the NCMS Key Division share drive.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Complete either a KMI or EKMS course of instruction (COI) offered by or contracted through a U.S. government agency or department.
- Successfully completed the KMI Program Management Office (PMO) computer-based training for KMI registration Manager, KMI Enrollment Manager, and KMI Key Manager.
- Skilled in verbal and written communication techniques.
- Experienced in networked computer-based system use and the Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Must be able to work independently and possess analytical processing skills which must be evidenced by one (1) year of corporate or government work experience.
- Must have a demonstrable working knowledge of SECNAVINST 5239.3B (Department Of The Navy Information Assurance Policy/Computers).
- Have a thorough understanding of National COMSEC Policy as prescribed in CNSSI 4005 and 4006 and Department of Navy COMSEC Policy as prescribed in EKMS 1 (series).
- Must obtain and maintain government security clearance at the Secret Level.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position is estimated between $58 - 63K. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PE Systems considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
