We are seeking an individual with a minimum of three years of experience working in a coal mining or heavy equipment maintenance environment. Your expertise will be utilized to perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and conduct daily inspections. Additionally, you will be required to work closely with the maintenance team to achieve overall production goals and uphold our safety-first culture.
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds frequently) and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Regular travel between mine sites may be required, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
