The Maintenance Technicians role requires effective and careful evaluation in response to a broad range of maintenance needs to assist the Service Manager with the efficient operation of property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas of routine, preventative and emergency maintenance:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Appliance Repair
- Locks & Keys
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting and Drywall Repair
- Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas;
- Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards.
