We are currently in search of a Restorative Aide to join our MDS (Medical Data Set) team. This individual will be responsible for working with assigned residents to help them achieve the highest independent potential they are capable of and to minimize resident risk for declines in the range of motion and activities of daily living
The successful candidate must have a current State of Indiana Nursing Assistant Certificate with 2 or more years of CNA experience. This individual will be able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
Excellent customer service and the ability to interact professionally with co-workers, residents, family members, and external providers is required.
