Job Overview
We seek a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the overall growth and well-being of children aged 2-3 years.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, social skills, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Teach bible stories and pray with the children
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers through an online communication app
- Utilize knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects the children's work and learning experiences.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Must have completed at least 12 core class units in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and lesson planning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds in their formative years and being a Christian with a passionate relationship with Jesus Christ is preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
