Position Summary:
Peace of Mind 5280, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician/Therapist to join our team. This position involves working with adolescents and their parents through individual and group therapy sessions. The role requires remote work. Reporting to the CEO and Clinical Director, you will be the primary point of contact for your clients, working to foster long-term behavioral change through empathy and therapeutic alliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide the highest quality of care for assigned clients.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions weekly/bi-weekly/monthly.
• Implement and review treatment plans within the first three sessions with new clients and at least every 120 days thereafter.
• Complete all documentation and notes within 24 hours of sessions.
• Ensure client charts are within all regulatory compliance at all time• Participate in clinical reviews with the clinical team weekly/bi-weekly.
• Develop varied and in-depth materials/curriculum for assigned topic groups.
• Motivate clients and occasionally provide crisis management.
• Establish a crisis plan with each client.
• Attend external training and professional development regularly.
• Contribute to blog articles and current content on the website as needed.
• Work independently while enjoying collaboration with the team.
• Maintain open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
• Completion of an accredited master's level program, seeking supervision hours towards Colorado licensure requirements.
• Candidate must have a Colorado LPC/LAC/LPCC/LSW/LCSW in good standing with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• 2 years previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving treatment for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, and more.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• In person availability in Elizabeth and Parker Colorado is a requirement
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment UA.
